No problem, we will walk you through the process with a dedicated move coordinator who starts with the estimate and follows the process through to the completion of your move. You will appreciate our attention to detail and our desire to make your experience as easy and seamless as possible, with our friendly service making us the preferred movers for longer distance moves in the region.

In North Carolina, pricing is based on weight and distance, rather than an hourly rate. We prefer to do an onsite estimate if possible, so that you receive an accurate estimate of the total weight of your items. Your estimate and in-home consultation is free of charge and there is no commitment until you book your move. Your dedicated move coordinator can answer all your questions.

Moving long distance is not something most people do every day, so we strive to make it as easy as possible for you! We thoughtfully and expertly guide you through the whole process. We offer custom-made crates to protect your antiques, collectibles, glass or marble tabletops, and other delicate items. Our sturdy wardrobe cartons help protect clothing during storage or transit, and double-wall cartons help safeguard fine china and crystal.

We have a crew of fully trained packers who can efficiently and properly prepare and pack items that are easily broken, difficult to pack, and the most time-consuming – tableware, small appliances, closet items, knick knacks and artwork. Our trained packers can get these items packed safely and quickly, and boxes that are packed by TROSA are covered when you choose Full Value Protection.

If you choose to pack your own items in order to save money, we can still provide you with high quality boxes and packing materials, just ask your move coordinator for more information.
